Construction hatches

The hatch consists of a cetris plate th. 20 or 22 mm in the natural design CETRIS BASIC, with one or two lifting brackets, neoprene insulation in the frame in which it is laid, and thermal insulation most often made of foamed polystyrene (see photo). The cover is used for the warm closing of the technical floor or the premises with technical distribution in the buildings. The top of the hatches overlaps with the flooring in the room or adjusts as required by the building. The size of the hatches, the thickness of the thermal insulation or the number of fastenings is governed by customer requirements. The price for the product is determined by the complexity and quantity required in the order.

There are three basic types of hatches in our product range. The dimensions of the hatches are based on the customer's requirements - depending on the load-bearing capacity as well as on the required insulation properties. Hatches are placed in metal frame – see picture where the sound insulation is provided by neoprene insulating tape. The exact specification of the basic hatch is in the enclosed technical drawings. Required technical, dimensional, material and price specifications will be specified according to customer requirements.

Basic square hatch:

Square hatches lockable - two locks

These are the building hatches, whose technical specification is in the attached drawings. For use in buildings, the hatches can be equipped with locks to secure technical entrances or cover openings. Depending on requirements, the hatch can be equipped with a pair of locks with separate keys. Locking is performed to the metal frame in which the hatch is inserted. The frame is then anchored to the floor or wall construction. The dimensions and technical specifications of the hatches are always based on customer requirements.

Square hatches lockable - central lock

These are the building hatches, whose technical specification is in the attached drawings. For use in buildings, the hatches can be supplemented with a central lock with a wheelbase to secure technical entrances or cover the openings. Locking is performed to the metal frame in which the hatch is inserted. The frame is anchored to the floor or wall construction. The neoprene strap ensures sound insulation. Another possible option is to screw the hatches to the metal frame. The dimensions and technical specifications of the hatches are always based on customer requirements.

For special use, we can also supply the construction of a hatch with a circular profile. Unified round frames can be used for this application, to which an insulated hatch made of CETRIS cement-bonded particleboard can be supplied, most often with a thickness of 20 - 22 mm, provided with EPS insulation according to customer requirements and a neoprene seal to reduce soundproofing and properly separate spaces. Each hatch is equipped with two rings for handling. The hatch can be supplemented with a lock for locking the given opening - the technical design depends on the given place. These building hatches are manufactured according to customer requirements in terms of size and composition.
