Sie dienen zur Fertigung eines Betonkranzes auf Baustellen, wo die Außenplatte CETRIS FINISH in einer farbigen Ausführung auch als Ansichtsfläche dient. Die Dämmplatte mit der Grundnaturplatte CETRIS BASIS wird am häufigsten zur Dämmung der Fundamente von Häusern eingesetzt, in diesem Fall dient CETRIS als Schutz der Isolationschicht gegen die Erdmasse. Als Dämmung wird am häufigsten extrudiertes Polystyrol verwendet.

Die Dicke der Cetris-Platte und ihre Oberflächenbehandlung, die Dicke der Dämmung und der Typ der Dämmung, als auch die Abmessungen einzelner Module werden nach Wunsch des Kunden hergestellt.

If the customer requires a different solution, we offer the possibility of supplying these ring insulation boards with a 2 / 2mm phase. Below is a drawing of both options and assembly. The overlap Cetris / insulation serves for proper bonding so that no thermal bridges are formed. Bonding is effected very efficiently by low-expansion PUR foam, as well as bonding to the concrete base. If the board is of a larger size and is not loaded with soil on the outside, it is necessary to ensure its mechanical anchoring according to the rules for anchoring of Cetris boards (see technical specification or consultancy of the manufacturer).

Die Abdeckung besteht aus einer Cetris-Platte mit einer Stärke von 20 oder 22 mm in natürlicher Ausführung „CETRIS BASIC“, mit einer oder zwei Aufnahmen zum Heben, einer Neoprendämmung im Rahmen, in den er eingelegt wird und einer Wärmedämmung meist aus Schaumpolystyrol (siehe Foto). Die Abdeckung dient zur thermischen Schließung eines technischen Geschosses mit Installationsverteilungen in Gebäuden. Der obere Teil der Abdeckungen wird mit Bodenbelag im Zimmer abgedeckt oder er wird bauseitig gemäß den Anforderungen angepasst. Die Abmessung der Abdeckungen, die Dicke der Wärmedämmung oder die Anzahl der Aufnahmen richten sich nach den Anforderungen des Kunden. Der Preis für ein Produkt wird nach der Kompliziertheit und der im Auftrag geforderten Menge bestimmt.

There are three basic types of hatches in our product range. The dimensions of the hatches are based on the customer's requirements - depending on the load-bearing capacity as well as on the required insulation properties. Hatches are placed in metal frame – see picture where the sound insulation is provided by neoprene insulating tape. The exact specification of the basic hatch is in the enclosed technical drawings. Required technical, dimensional, material and price specifications will be specified according to customer requirements.

Square hatches lockable - two locks

These are the building hatches, whose technical specification is in the attached drawings. For use in buildings, the hatches can be equipped with locks to secure technical entrances or cover openings. Depending on requirements, the hatch can be equipped with a pair of locks with separate keys. Locking is performed to the metal frame in which the hatch is inserted. The frame is then anchored to the floor or wall construction. The dimensions and technical specifications of the hatches are always based on customer requirements.

Square hatches lockable - central lock

These are the building hatches, whose technical specification is in the attached drawings. For use in buildings, the hatches can be supplemented with a central lock with a wheelbase to secure technical entrances or cover the openings. Locking is performed to the metal frame in which the hatch is inserted. The frame is anchored to the floor or wall construction. The neoprene strap ensures sound insulation. Another possible option is to screw the hatches to the metal frame. The dimensions and technical specifications of the hatches are always based on customer requirements.

Pro speciální využití dokážeme dodat i stavení poklopy s kruhovým profilem. Pro uvedené použití lze využít unifikované kruhové rámy, do kterých lze dodat izolovaný poklop z cementotřískové desky CETRIS, nejčastěji o tloušťce 20 – 22mm, opatřené izolací z EPS dle požadavků zákazníka a těsněním z neoprenu pro snížení průzvučnosti a řádnému oddělení prostor. Každý poklop je opatřen dvěma úchyty pro manipulaci. Poklop lze doplnit zámkem pro uzamčení daného otvoru – technické provedení závisí na daném místě. Tyto stavební poklopy se rozměrově i složením vyrábějí dle požadavků zákazníka.

Es handelt sich um eine CETRIS-Platte mit Öffnungen, die für die technische und brandschutztechnische Abtrennung einzelner Räume oder Messschränke bzw. in hohen Gebäuden von den Räumen der Installationsverteilungen - Wasser, Telefon, Gas, el. Energie u.ä. dient. Durch die Öffnungen steigen nur einzelne Zuleitungen in die Wohneinheiten oder Messschränken zu den einzelnen Messgeräten auf. Die untere Seite der Installationsplatte ist mit Selbstlöschpolystyrol für die thermische Abtrennung der Installationsverteilungen von Wohnräumen versehen. Die Zusammensetzung und die Größe der Öffnungen, als auch die Dicke der Dämmung wird nach Kundenwunsch angepasst.
